Since having kids I get charlie-horses in all sorts of places--my stomach, my calves, my back, etc. The one that freaks me out the most is the one I get in my pinky toe...the top picture is my pinky toe with a charlie horse---it sticks out to the side and stays there for like a minute and then like twitches back in to place--bottom picture. SO weird! These are the things they don't tell before you have kids that could happen after you have kids! sheesh....

Take more potassium. I have that also - but if I remember to take potassium daily then I don't get it. Love you. mom
