Megs mini meatloafs

I decided to make those mini meatloaves the other night. Neither Nick or I are big fans of meatloaf, but we both agree that the like to eat the end pieces, so when you make a tiny meatloaf, pretty much the whole thing is the end piece.

They don't look good, but seriously...they are SOOOO good!!!

Nick and I both loved them and Ashleigh gobbled them up too! It is definitely on our list of meals to make many times in the future! Yum!!!
